Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management tool, which will grant you total authority over your email mailbox accounts and mail campaigns. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new electronic mail account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Moreover, you can redirect mails from one email account to another, create email filters, create auto-reply messages and guard your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your mail accounts against spam electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested electronic mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming emails according to specific criteria specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your email box accounts and modify the mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one email account to another, or even to several other mailbox accounts. Just select the email box you wish to redirect electronic mails from, then specify the destination mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your liking to access your email box accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you want to set up on your desktop PC or mobile device and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mail account will be configured in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email boxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will do everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
