Hepsia's File Manager section permits you to manage the content of your website with simple point-and-click actions. Right-click shortcut menus allow rapid access to different file manipulation options, whereas convenient drag-and-drop functionality will allow you to upload new files from your desktop computer in an instant. You will also find in-built file editors and an image viewer. You will be able to zip and uncompress files without difficulty too.
Fast File Uploads and Downloads
Working with the File Manager feels like working with your desktop PC. The in-built drag-and-drop functionality will allow you to easily transfer files between your desktop PC and the web hosting server. Simply select the file that you want to upload from your desktop computer and then drag it over to your browser window. The same applies to downloading a file from the File Manager to your desktop PC. Additionally, you can download files and even folders to your PC by pressing the Download button.
Easy File Editing Options
With the File Manager graphical user interface, you can create a brand new file or folder with just one mouse click. All action buttons are handily placed above the file/folder list and you can update your files effortlessly. You can rename or copy a file, move a file to a different folder, examine the contents of a file or modify its permissions, erase a file, and so on.
Handy Archive/Unarchive Functionality
With the File Manager user interface, you will be able to pack and unzip all types of files. It works astonishingly fast - simply select the files you wish to make an archive of and click the Compress button. You can even select the type of the new archive (.rar, .zip, and so on). It is just as easy to extract files from an archive to a selected folder.
File Editors
With the File Manager user interface, you actually do not need any external software tools to update your files. There is an image viewer, which permits you to view the contents of your image files to get a clue about how the images will in fact appear on your web site. What's more, you will find several in-built file editors, which will grant you complete command over your files. The plain text editor and the code editor are intended for more knowledgeable individuals, while the WYSIWYG editor (where you can view all HTML source code changes in real time) is also suitable for non-tech-savvy users.
